Evolving the IMSS identity

A new brand identity makes IMSS more accessible and useful to our users

We set out with an objective to provide a systematic approach to branding in our products to provide consistency in people’s daily encounters with IMSS. This new look is a refinement of our heritage, combining the best of the brand our users know and love with thoughtful consideration for how their needs are changing.

Beyond just UI, Evolving 3A.

This is not just slapping some new look on the website. The website has been built from the ground-up and our portfolio of offerings has been reevaluate and repositioned to align with customer digital journey. We grouped our solutions and services in to three focus groups – Automate, Accelerate and Assure – and thus giving our 3A Digital Strategy.

To build on this legacy, the 3A brand positioning is reflected in our brand’s new messaging and visual identity, and is being rolled out across all marketing channels, customer-facing communications, and a completely redesigned website.
